希拉路线是乞力马扎罗山的经典路线之一，以其优美的风景、遥远的感觉和穿越山脉西侧的更渐进的方法而闻名。它始于比大多数路线更高的海拔，从希拉门（约3600米）附近开始，可以乘车进入。正因为如此，初始阶段跳过了较低的雨林区，很快就进入了广阔的希拉高原，从一开始就提供了广阔的全景。
这条路线穿过令人惊叹的希拉高原——一个古老的火山火山口——然后加入希拉2号营地附近的勒莫绍路线。从这里，登山者遵循节奏良好的适应环境的路线，包括在下降到巴兰科营地之前徒步到达熔岩塔（4600米），帮助身体适应海拔高度。这条路线继续穿过巴兰科墙、卡兰加山谷等标志性路段，直到巴拉夫营地，这是登顶尝试前的最后一个基地。

住宿 Shira 1 Camp.
Shira 1 Camp is a peaceful overnight stop set at 3,500 meters on the scenic Shira Plateau. Surrounded by open moorland and unique alpine vegetation, the camp offers wide views and a calm, remote atmosphere.. The cool mountain air and quiet environment make it a comfortable place to rest after the first day on the trail. It’s also an important point to begin acclimatization, as the higher altitude can already be felt during the night.
Shira 2 Camp.
Shira 2 Camp is an overnight camping site located at approximately 3,800 meters on the western side of Mount Kilimanjaro, set within the vast and scenic Shira Plateau. The camp offers stunning open views of the plateau, distant volcanic ridges, and clear sights of Kibo Peak on good weather days.
Barranco Camp
Barranco Camp is located at about 3,960 meters (12,992 ft). It is set in a stunning valley just below the famous Barranco Wall, surrounded by giant groundsels and unique alpine vegetation. The camp offers one of the most scenic views on the mountain, with dramatic landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. It is an important acclimatization stop where climbers rest, recover, and prepare for the next day’s climb over the Barranco Wall toward Karanga Camp.
Barafu Camp.
Barafu Camp is located at about 4,673 meters (15,331 ft) and serves as the final base camp before the summit attempt on Mount Kilimanjaro. The area is rocky, dry, and exposed, with strong winds and very cold temperatures, especially at night. Climbers arrive here in the afternoon, rest, and prepare for the summit push. After an early dinner, you sleep for a few hours before beginning the midnight ascent to Uhuru Peak.
Mweka camp.
Mweka Camp is located at about 3,100 meters (10,170 ft) on the descent route of Mount Kilimanjaro. It is surrounded by lush rainforest, with thick vegetation, tall trees, and fresh air after the cold summit conditions. This is the final overnight stop after the summit, where climbers rest and recover from the long descent. The atmosphere is warmer and more comfortable, offering a relaxing end to the adventure before continuing down to Mweka Gate the next day.
